Hibaazi Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hibaazi platform and all its services. By visiting the hibaazi website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are fully agreeing to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using hibaazi's services. These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

To open an account with hibaazi, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Creating an account with false or incomplete information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Any changes to your account information must be updated promptly.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number or email provided at registration must be verified.

Hibaazi is an adults-only platform. Only individuals aged 18 and above may create an account and use our services. Registration or use by anyone under 18 is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Hibaazi may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document at any time for identity verification. Failure to provide this information may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension. We follow the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

• Verification is completed within 24–48 hours of submitting your identity documents.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• If multiple accounts are found under the same name, both accounts will be terminated.

Hibaazi accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes.

• 6 Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• 7 hibaazi reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the hibaazi platform. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of funds.

• Any form of fraud, cheating, or system manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Using fake details or a false identity to claim bonuses.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

Hibaazi treats the protection of your personal data as a top priority. Information provided at registration is used solely for account management, identity verification, and delivering platform services.
